Reporting infringement
If you believe content on this website infringes your copyright, send us a written notice that includes: identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed; identification of the material claimed to be infringing, with a URL; your name, contact information and address; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.
What we do
On receiving a complete and valid notice we review the claim and, where it is justified, remove or disable access to the material and notify the party responsible for posting it.
Counter notification
If you believe material was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification including the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal resulted from mistake, your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court, and your signature. We may restore the material where appropriate.
Repeat infringers
We apply these policies consistently and may block access to the website for repeat infringers.
