Enquiries that name the practice area, not just "need a lawyer"

Legal marketing fails when every enquiry looks the same. We build intake and outreach that identify the practice area, the stage of the matter and the urgency before anyone spends an hour on it — without putting client confidences anywhere they do not belong.

No lock-in. No fabricated metrics. We will tell you if this is the wrong fit.

Scales of justice representing legal sector clients

A single unqualified enquiry cannot be measured

Firms rarely have a marketing problem; they have a routing problem. An enquiry arrives with no practice area, no stage and no deadline, so it is passed around the firm, and nobody can say which activity produced it. That makes budget impossible to defend and makes an expensive channel look like a cheap one. We fix the definition first, then build the pipeline against it.

What you get

What Changes When You Outsource This

Practice-area segmentation

Separate journeys for property, corporate, family, litigation and tax work, because a family-law enquiry and a commercial one are different products with different buyers.

Intake that qualifies before it routes

Questions that establish matter type, urgency and stage without asking anyone to describe privileged facts over a web form.

Confidentiality-aware handling

We work to non-disclosure terms and keep engagement data separated from matter files, so marketing data never becomes case material.

Reporting by practice area

Enquiry counts and cost per qualified enquiry split the way the firm is actually structured, not lumped into one monthly total.

Before you decide

What to check before choosing anyone

These are the questions we would ask a supplier ourselves in this sector. They are written down so you can ask them of us, and of anyone else you are considering.

Professional conduct rules govern your advertising

Solicitation and advertising are restricted differently in each jurisdiction and each practice area. Marketing copy is normally reviewed by your compliance partner before it goes live, and we write to be reviewed rather than to argue around the rules.

A lead is only real if the matter type is known

Volume is easy to buy and hard to bill. Ask any provider to show their enquiry data split by practice area, and whether the volume survived contact with your intake team.

Reputation precedes the website

For most firms the enquiry path is referrals, then a search, then the site. That ordering means the site is usually the weakest link rather than the whole problem, and it should be fixed before spend is scaled.

Intake is a client-experience problem

A person with a problem at 11pm is not comparing firms on responsiveness, but they are choosing whom to call first. Speed to first response is worth more here than any channel trick.

Straight answers

On confidentiality and data handling

We handle prospect and enquiry data under non-disclosure terms, restrict it to the people running the engagement, and do not request or store privileged matter detail on any public form. Where a rule applies to your firm specifically, your compliance function is the authority and we build to its instruction. We give no legal advice and make no claim about the merits of any matter.

Cost

What moves the price

Price follows scope: how many practice areas need their own routing and reporting, how much intake data must be captured, and whether content and site work are in scope. Firms that start with two practice areas and expand pay less than firms that attempt all five at once. We quote after a short call, never before.

Do you handle client case files?

No. We handle marketing and enquiry data, not matter files or privileged documents. Keeping the two separate is deliberate, and it is usually a condition the firm imposes on us rather than something we propose.

We get referrals already. Why change anything?

Referrals are not a channel you can control or forecast, and they say nothing about which practice areas are growing. If your pipeline is referral-only you have no visibility until it stops, so the work is usually measurement and a second source rather than replacing what works.

Can you write content for a practice area?

We can structure and draft explainers from information you supply, for review by your partners. We will not write authority or outcome claims that we cannot source, and we will not write anything that needs your compliance team to waive the rules it exists to enforce.
