Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and innovative Blockchain Developer to join our decentralized technology division. As the industry shifts toward Web3, we are building secure and transparent distributed ledger solutions. We invite both seasoned blockchain engineers and talented freshers with a deep interest in cryptography and decentralized protocols to help us architect the future of digital transactions.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting a distributed blockchain-based network. You will work on smart contract development, consensus algorithms, and the integration of blockchain solutions with existing enterprise infrastructure. Key Responsibilities
Architect and deploy secure smart contracts on Ethereum, Polygon, or other EVM-compatible chains.
Develop and maintain decentralized applications (dApps) that provide seamless user experiences.
Collaborate with the security team to conduct audits on smart contracts to prevent vulnerabilities.
Design, build, and maintain high-performance blockchain infrastructure.
Integrate blockchain technologies with front-end interfaces using Web3.js or Ethers.js.
Work on Layer 2 scaling solutions and cross-chain interoperability protocols.
Optimize gas usage for smart contracts to ensure cost-efficiency and performance.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle from concept to production deployment.
Analyze current blockchain technologies and maintain industry knowledge to propose innovative solutions.
Troubleshoot network issues and ensure the stability of node infrastructure.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
Proficiency in Solidity and understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine (EVM).
Experience or strong academic exposure to cryptography, hashing, and digital signatures.
Knowledge of web development technologies including JavaScript, Node.js, and TypeScript.
Familiarity with decentralized storage solutions (IPFS) and oracle networks (Chainlink).
Understanding of consensus mechanisms like Proof of Work, Proof of Stake, and delegated models.
Ability to read and write technical documentation regarding blockchain protocols.
Strong problem-solving mindset and interest in building secure, distributed systems.
Ability to work effectively in a fully remote, globally distributed team environment.
Freshers are highly encouraged to apply if they possess a strong GitHub portfolio demonstrating smart contract development or blockchain research projects.
