Role Overview
Anikaay Integration is seeking a dedicated Salesforce Developer to bolster our CRM implementation and custom cloud solution division. This role is designed for those who have a passion for building complex enterprise systems within the Salesforce ecosystem. You will play a vital role in transforming business requirements into robust technical solutions, ensuring our clients derive maximum value from their CRM investments.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy high-quality custom solutions using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, record types, and validation rules.
Integrate Salesforce with various third-party applications using REST and SOAP web services.
Create automated workflows, process builders, and Flow triggers to streamline business operations.
Maintain and enhance the security model, including profiles, roles, and sharing rules.
Perform unit testing and contribute to the overall quality assurance process of the platform.
Participate in daily stand-ups and collaborative design sessions to solve complex technical challenges.
Document technical specifications and provide support for system upgrades and deployments.
Continuously optimize database queries and code performance to ensure a smooth user experience.
Engage in constant learning of the latest Salesforce releases and platform features.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Fundamental understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Exposure to Salesforce configuration or development through certifications, projects, or internships.
Knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL-like query languages.
Excellent logical reasoning and a natural inclination for solving technical puzzles.
Strong communication skills to articulate technical ideas clearly.
Ability to adapt to new methodologies and thrive in a remote working environment.
Willingness to learn and obtain relevant Salesforce certifications.
