Role Overview
Anikaay Integration is seeking a highly analytical and process-oriented RPA Developer to design, develop, and implement intelligent automation solutions. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about eliminating manual redundancies and streamlining complex business workflows through automation. This role is open to both seasoned automation experts and talented freshers who have a deep interest in workflow optimization and logic-based programming.
As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for mapping business processes, creating robust automation bots, and ensuring the seamless integration of these digital workers into existing enterprise systems. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your primary goal is to drive operational efficiency and accuracy across our organizational infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build automated workflows to replicate human actions within digital systems.
Analyze current operational processes to identify bottlenecks and opportunities for robotic automation.
Document process definitions, solution designs, and technical specifications for automation projects.
Configure automation tools to interact with web applications, desktop software, and legacy mainframe systems.
Perform end-to-end testing of bots to ensure high reliability, error handling, and performance standards.
Maintain and upgrade existing automation scripts to accommodate changing business requirements or system updates.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand department-specific requirements and translate them into technical automation logic.
Ensure that all automation solutions comply with security protocols and data privacy standards.
Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for deployed automation instances.
Document deployment procedures and provide training manuals for end-users.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
Strong understanding of logical programming, algorithms, and process mapping.
Foundational knowledge of at least one RPA platform (UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere is highly preferred).
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C#, or Java.
Knowledge of database management using SQL and the ability to interact with data schemas.
Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JSON) to facilitate UI-based automation.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think in a structured, step-by-step manner.
Excellent communication skills to translate business needs into technical workflows.
Capability to manage remote tasks efficiently and meet project deadlines independently.
