Anikaay Integration is seeking a visionary Blockchain Developer to help architect and implement decentralized solutions for our next generation of financial and supply chain products. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about distributed ledger technology and smart contract security. As a Blockchain Developer, you will be responsible for designing and deploying decentralized applications (dApps), creating secure smart contracts, and integrating blockchain layers into existing enterprise software. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the cutting edge of Web3 development, contributing to the shift toward a more transparent and trustless internet infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and deploy secure smart contracts using Solidity or Rust.
Develop and maintain decentralized applications on EVM-compatible chains or Solana.
Integrate blockchain technologies with web-based frontends via Web3.js or Ethers.js.
Conduct thorough audits and testing of smart contracts to prevent vulnerabilities.
Design tokenomics models and consensus-based logic for private and public networks.
Implement decentralized identity and cross-chain interoperability solutions.
Collaborate with product designers to create seamless user experiences for non-technical users in the Web3 space.
Analyze and optimize gas costs and transaction performance on-chain.
Participate in research and development cycles to keep our infrastructure updated with industry shifts.
Document development workflows and security protocols for the engineering department.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor degree or equivalent academic background in Computer Science, Mathematics, or Engineering.
Hands-on experience or a strong portfolio of projects involving Solidity, Rust, or Go.
Solid understanding of blockchain fundamentals such as hashing, cryptography, consensus mechanisms, and P2P networks.
Experience or familiarity with Hardhat, Truffle, or Foundry development environments.
Basic proficiency in integrating smart contracts with React or other frontend frameworks.
Understanding of common smart contract security pitfalls and best practices.
Strong analytical mindset for solving complex distributed systems problems.
Excellent communication skills to translate technical limitations into actionable product features.
Ability to learn rapidly in a decentralized, remote working environment.
